PLEASE NOTE: We hope our clients will understand there has been a price increase for some of our services. This is due to an increase in appointment times so we can ensure our premises are thoroughly cleaned before and after you are with us and so we can provide full PPE to our staff for safety.

* Conditions of loyalty scheme:
- Appointments are booked within three months of each other & your next appointment is booked at the end of each appointment.
- If two or more appointments are cancelled or you 'do not attend' we have the right to stop your loyalty agreement with immediate effect.
- To qualify you must have been to visit our clinic at least once within the last 3 months and had wax removal.
- If any monies is owed on your account for longer than 1 month after your appointment has taken place, we have the right to remove the loyalty privilege indefinitely.
Please note we have now had to apply a fee for clients who do not attend their appointments or cancel within 2 hours of the appointment start time. The fee will be £25 per appointment missed.
